STAR Workplace

The team at Wheelchair Sports Victoria recently engaged in a STAR Workplace Survey. 

The STAR Workplace program is designed to recognise and celebrate the achievements of STAR employers and the dedicated employees that work within the organisation.  Based on research conducted by the HR Coach Research Institute, the STAR Workplace Program is a key measure of an organisation's ability to create Strategic Action in their business.  It also highlights organisations that are committed to attracting, retaining and developing high quality staff.

The STAR survey measures:

            S - Strategy Fulfillment

            T - Team Satisfaction

            A - Actions to Retain Staff

            R - Results of Performance

As a result of conducting the survey, Wheelchair Sports Victoria are now a STAR Workplace and this will give us a competitive edge when recruiting staff, as well as showing the wider community that we are focused equally on our members and our staff.
